With 5 in house, specialist installation teams across the UK we always aim to deliver and/or install orders as soon as possible. Lead times vary by model, colour and size. We stock all of our products and receive regular monthly shipments to ensure our customers never wait longer than necessary. Average lead time for an installation is 2-4 weeks but during peak this can extend up to 8-10 weeks so we'd always recommend getting ahead of the rush. If your order is for delivery only and all items are in stock we aim to deliver within 7 -14 days of the order being placed. All deliveries and install lead times are subject to location and may vary through peak times of the year.

We use premium grade FSC-sourced teak for our furniture. Naturally water, mould and insect repellant thanks to its inherent oils - teak is perfectly suited to outdoor use and we love how it complements industrial accents. Because we work with high grade single pieces, you'll notice natural characteristics like knots, fissures and small cracks through the grain of the wood. This is to be expected of a natural, organic material and we think it's all part of teak's charm.

Our teak furniture is offered untreated as we understand that customers choose to treat their teak differently and this is down to personal preference. To give your teak the best start in life, we would recommend following our simple guide here.

Left untreated your teak furniture will weather to a beautiful silver-grey. This is a natural characteristic of the wood. You can bring it back to its original like-new honey tones any time you choose by cleaning, sanding and using our gentle wood treatment.

Yes all of our furniture is fully weatherproof, the aluminium is extruded and powder coated which means it will not rust or fade.

The SunProof fabric we use on our furniture is exclusive to Suns Lifestyle and is water, mould, stain and UV-resistant - perfectly suited to life outdoors. Our fabrics are also 100% recyclable.

The foam inside the cushions is open cell structured, which means in a very heavy downpour if the rain did penetrate the water-resistant outer fabric, then the fast dry foam inside allows for the rain to pass straight through the open cells and out of the bottom, this means that the fabric and foam drys extremely quickly once the rain has stopped, ideal for the British weather!

To add to the above, all of our poufs, scatter cushions and rugs are made from PET (recycled plastic bottles) which means they can be cleaned using a pressure washer on a light setting or the covers can be removed and washed in the washing machine. The cushions are extremely comfortable and have been voted most cosy by various magazine reviews.

We work with FSC-sourced premium grade teak for our wood accents, tabletops and furniture frames. Teak is a beautiful wood that is naturally water and mould resistant thanks to its inherent oils. Teak can be treated or untreated in various ways, this is down to personal preference. All of our teak comes untreated which allows you to choose which options suits you best.
